施工前的准备工作:

1、 检查基础地面情况：是否平整，将过高或过低位置做好标识，对其进行打磨或修补。

2、 要清楚知道地面的养护时间，施工环境的情况，温度、湿度、是否有防水层等。因为环氧地坪漆的施工是受环境的影响的，温度不能过高或过低，湿度也要在合适的范围内。夏天的养护时间是7天，温度低或比较潮湿的地方则10天。

3、 检查混凝土地面的强度。这是为了防止施工后环氧地坪漆出现起砂、空鼓等不良现象。强度较低的混凝土地面，在施工前要特别注意吸尘，清理干净后，涂刷上环氧封闭底漆，将混凝土地面的毛细孔封闭起来，阻止水汽，杂物等滲入地面，增强混凝土地面的强度。
3. Check the strength of the concrete floor. This is to prevent the epoxy floor paint from sanding and hollowing after construction. For the concrete floor with low strength, special attention shall be paid to dust absorption before construction. After cleaning, epoxy sealing primer shall be applied to seal the pores of the concrete floor to prevent water vapor and sundries from penetrating into the floor and enhance the strength of the concrete floor.
4、 检查施工场所环境是否洁净。如果环氧地坪漆混入灰尘等杂物的话，会使环氧地坪出现颗粒状或不平整的情况。
